Job description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee all operations. You will be responsible for the quality of dishes, team management, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Organize and coordinate kitchen activities. Manage supplies and inventory. Supervise and train the kitchen team. Ensure compliance with MAPAQ standards. Control the quality and presentation of dishes. Work closely with the operations manager.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in the kitchen. Skills in management and leadership. Hold a food safety and hygiene manager's permit. Ability to work under pressure and manage unforeseen events. Creativity and attention to detail.
