Cook with responsibilities (32 to 40 hours/week) at L'Appétrio. Daytime schedule, weekdays, full-time for a real quality of life.
Responsibilities
Plan the menus for the upcoming weeks (ideas, rotation, portions). Produce our ready-to-eat meals. Prepare our dinner boxes. Organize production (preparation, efficiency, consistency). Place orders/manage inventory (or actively participate in it). Ensure quality + hygiene (cleanliness, temperatures, labeling, rotation).
Requirements
Experience in the kitchen is a big plus. Autonomous, organized, fast, reliable. Comfortable with planning (menus + orders). Good team attitude.
