Job description
The restaurant is looking for the chef's right-hand person to help during busy services and remove anything that keeps the chef from focusing on the kitchen.
Responsibilities
Prepare drinks the L Bistro way, help with the fryer, keep the salad station ready for service and clean at the end of the shift, and handle small tasks to make service run more smoothly.
Requirements
Be a trustworthy, positive, very consistent person, proud of a job well done, able to stay calm when things get busy, able to see what needs to be done without being asked, and to solve problems rather than just talk about them. No need to be a pro at making drinks; training is provided.
