Job description
Le Petit Château restaurant, established for over 40 years and located next to the Château Frontenac in Old Quebec, welcomes a diverse tourist clientele as well as loyal locals and offers specialties in fondues, crepes, and a bistro menu that evolves with the seasons.
Responsibilities
Manage the kitchen on a daily basis, place orders and conduct inventories, participate in the creation and preparation of the menu, ensure its quality, and work closely with the owner on the development and evolution of the dishes offered.
Requirements
Available during the day, occasionally in the evening and one weekend out of three.
