Experienced Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to manage and supervise all operations of our breakfast restaurant.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the breakfast restaurant. Supervise the kitchen and ensure the quality and consistency of dishes. Develop menus and control food preparation. Manage stocks, orders, and inventory. Recruit, train, and supervise cooks and kitchen staff. Organize staff schedules. Coordinate and evaluate the work of servers. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager. Strong team management skills. Mastery of stock and cost management. Availability to work early in the morning. Organizational skills, autonomy, and rigor. Good interpersonal skills and leadership.
