Requirements
Solid experience behind a bar (high volume = a major asset), Mastery of the Maître D software, Quick execution and excellent stress management, Exceptional customer service skills (natural friendliness), Ability to work as a team in an intense environment, Organization, autonomy, and attention to detail, Positive attitude and contagious energy
