83 Nord is looking for a complement to the existing team. This is a field position, combining customer service, daily operations, and positive leadership on the floor.
Responsibilities
Provide warm and personalized customer service; Operate the cash register; Make coffee in a barista style; Participate in the daily activities of the café-bistro; Advise customers on products; Receive orders and process information related to reception; Verify price accuracy; Maintain an attractive, coherent, and tidy sales area; Collaborate on projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience; Prospect for new products
Requirements
Strong interest in customer service and in-store experience; Sense of aesthetics and product presentation; Organized, autonomous, and responsible individual; Ability to take initiative and work in a team; Experience in retail, grocery, café, or restaurant: an asset; Experience in merchandising: an asset; Bilingualism
