Auguste aptly named being inspired by Augustine, the first grandmother Anik who cooked for his family of 12 children and a good part of the parish. Auguste Escoffier is also the patron saint of the French culinary tradition. Augustus was born of delusion or Escoffier falls in love with Augustine and help to cook his meals with a technique of great leader. We honor our memories of good family and festive tables within a framework of modern bistro.
