This was a very nice cruise! There were lots of choices of places to sit, some in the shade and some in the sun depending on what you want. We had an excellent narrator named Jordan! He described many interesting things about Quebec, Isle de Orleans, and the waterfalls all in English and French. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time on our 90 minute river cruise. We did the Sunday brunch cruise and arrived an hour prior to departure so we could finish our meal prior to sailing and sightseeing. The brunch was surprisingly good and they were happy to accommodate small edits to the menu. A guide narrates in French and English throughout the journey, highlighting points of interest and their history. We did this cruise early on in our trip and it was the perfect introduction to Quebec City.

We had an afternoon cruise that could have been great if we could have heard the narratives. We told them that we could not hear and they didn’t increase the volume or their voice. We even changed seats to get closer to the speakers. I would not recommend. The free drink was nice.

Very nice and unique experience! I would definitely recommend to go with friends, coworkers or family, so that way you can truly enjoy it. We got the regular ticket and basically had the same experience as the VIP lounge because they needed to get out of their box to access the same balcony has us. I would recommend going during late morning or early afternoon since it seems like the mornings are a lot quieter.

My family took the brunch cruise from Quebec City (early August 2026), and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The brunch was very good, and the server Kathie was fantastic. The view of the Chateau Frontenac from the river was something to behold, and the entire 1.5 hour journey was super relaxing. I'd particularly like to thank the company for how they accommodated our situation, which showed me that this is a genuinely great company that cares about their customers. I highly recommend taking a cruise with this company. Looking forward to my next opportunity to take another cruise with Croisieres AML.

We took a cruise with them 2 weeks ago. The journey was described well. The guide was engaging and enjoyable to listen to. It's great thst you can order lunch and snack items aboard. Great crew. We would return for a longer cruise if we are in the area again.

I was very disappointed with my experience on this cruise due to the lack of clear information provided at the time of booking. I specifically chose the 3.5-hour sightseeing cruise because I was traveling with my toddler and wanted a quieter, more relaxing experience without loud music or a party atmosphere. However, after approximately 1.5 hours, the cruise unexpectedly turned into the exact same DJ and music cruise that other passengers had booked. What made the experience even more frustrating was that passengers on the 1.5-hour DJ cruise received a complimentary drink, while those of us who had paid for the longer 3.5-hour cruise received nothing—not even a complimentary drink, water, or light snack during the entire 3.5 hours. It felt unfair that we paid for a longer cruise yet received fewer perks than those on the shorter cruise. Once the DJ started, everyone around us was dancing and enjoying their complimentary drinks, while my family and I were simply sitting there feeling awkward and left out. Had the booking information clearly stated that the sightseeing cruise would eventually become a DJ party cruise, I would have made a different decision. Customer service was also disappointing. When I asked the staff member on the microphone about the complimentary drinks, he referred me to Molly. When I went to the bar to ask where I could find Molly, the staff showed little interest in helping me and did not make any effort to direct me to her. Overall, the cruise felt very dull and poorly organized for most of the journey. There was very little entertainment during the sightseeing portion, and the lack of communication about what to expect made the experience frustrating rather than enjoyable. I hope the company improves the booking information and treats all passengers fairly regardless of which cruise duration they choose.

We arrived to the boarding area at last minute before the cruise left, they waited for us and I felt so lucky. It departed at 4:30 and returned after 1.5 hour when the sunset started. Stunning view from the lake to face the old Quebec City.

Fantastic 1hr 30min cruise on the river. The tour guide was excellent switching between French and English. Cleary understood everything they were saying. Glad we booked the tour. Go for it, good times.
