Job description
Shift supervisor for a fast-food restaurant and cheese counter at Halte Lemaire St-Germain-de-Grantham. Permanent position in a fast-paced, stimulating work environment focused on service quality.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the kitchen and counter team; ensure excellent customer service; manage the restaurant's daily operations (opening, closing, inventory, etc.); train, coach, and motivate employees; ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards; ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including MAPAQ.
