There is a qualification which often surprises me in Quebec, it is the word "European " used to describe something : decoration, design, a clothing line, a building, a style of cooking ... But what does that mean to have a " European-style "? This is a question I have a lot of trouble finding an answer because I find that there is a multitude of different styles in Europe, making it difficult, in my opinion, to speak of a unique European style.

I heard that about the restaurant La Suite in Sherbrooke. Located in the city center, with convenient access to parking Webster, this place managed to blend sophistication, chic, quality and usability at the same time. If the menu is intended refined, the restaurant’s atmosphere can lend both a romantic meal with your partner or a large table with friends. La Suite wants to be unpretentious, as evidenced by the possibility to bring your own wine. And it is to his credit because it feels like a fancy restaurant without the stiff aspect that can sometimes go hand in hand.

The table d'hôte offers a soup, a starter and a main course.

Everything was really delicious, especially my salmon steak grilled tandoori way and fragrant basmati risotto creamy roasted garlic and cilantro. I would, for my part, exchanged entry against a dessert as between cheesecake with citrus peel and strawberry sauce or chocolate fudge and half bitter fruit assortment, well I wanted something sweet!

All I could taste was very well prepared and very well seasoned and accompanied. The service was impeccable and the setting really conducives to a good time.
