Came here for my friend’s 19th and had the BEST service EVER from Paz! She was super knowledgeable about allergens and saved me from getting something that would have caused me to have a reaction (got an alternative). 10/10 service!

Perfectly average and decent overall. Pasta is good, especially al forno. Pizza is generic and sadly not what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant. Card machine has minimum 16% tip option by default so they are a little greedy with the tips.

Been looking forward to going back to Scarolies for many months. Been there many times over the years and even during COVID been in the area and purchased takeout. Got back there yesterday with a relative who is a frequent customer. The food was good as usual. The service sucked. From the time we were seated we felt ignored. Table for 1 another for 6 another smaller table. And us…ignored and almost having to beg for service. I think I’m done with Scarolies.

We first came here while dating back in 2024 and absolutely fell in love with this place. Coming back here for the second time last week felt so special, and it was just as amazing as we remembered. The food, drinks, ambience and everything was perfect. Easily a 10/10 for us. If you’re visiting Montreal, this place is definitely a must-visit 🤍

Today was spectacular! From accommodating us at the reception, to being seated promptly, and taken care of by George. He is on another level, so attentive, caring, friendly, considerate! Will definitely be coming back again 😊

Amazing restaurant, food is incredible and service is fast. We come all the time (at least once every 2 months for the past few years) and love it every time. No matter what you order is great. I usually get the insalata trio di mare or the seafood linguine, but I also attached a photo of the pasta alla Giovanni. I highly recommend this place, it's my favourite pasta and seafood place ever. I had my 21st here and it's great for large parties. Make sure to make a reservation if over 6 people but I've had parties of 15 and it's very accommodating. Large plates and free bread, you will leave very full and still have leftovers!

Made an online order, nobody greeted me when I came in and I approached a table seemingly for online orders, grabbed my food then was practically yelled at on my way out. If you don’t want people grabbing it themselves maybe have someone there to greet them or don’t put it on a table at the front 🤷

Huge portions and wide selection of food for all! If you eat halal they are accomodating and are super fast with service. We had Tony as our waiter and he was so lovely and polite. We would 100 % come back again. Super great experience.

We had the most incredible dining experience at Scarolies. Tony, our waiter was so helpful, kind and engaging. He was great with the kids. The food was also amazing, fresh and so delicious. The portions are so big as well!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Scarolie’s Pasta Emporium has such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious, full of authentic Italian flavor, and everything tastes fresh and homemade. The pasta dishes are rich, comforting, and beautifully prepared. A perfect place to enjoy a great meal with friends or family. Highly recommended!

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We had a 7:30 PM reservation for a birthday celebration, and every single guest arrived on time. Despite that, we were left standing around for nearly 30 minutes waiting for a table to be freed. Delays can happen—but what made this situation truly unacceptable was the attitude of one of the waitresses, Tina. Instead of being even remotely welcoming, Tina openly displayed a rude and dismissive attitude. She was speaking to the hostess about us within earshot, sarcastically saying, “Where do they want to be put, on the roof?” while rolling her eyes and making faces. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it’s outright disrespectful. As paying customers celebrating a special occasion, we should not feel like an inconvenience or a joke to your staff. Hospitality basics seem to have been completely ignored here. It’s honestly shocking that a restaurant would allow someone with such poor customer service skills to represent them. This was not our first visit—but it will absolutely be our last. No one should have to tolerate being treated this way.

This Italian restaurant looks authentic the minute you walk in the door, from the decor to the uniforms staff wear. The food is plentiful. Love getting the starter of bread with oil/vinegar to dip in. Try not to eat it all, otherwise you will never finish your meal. Huge assortment of menu items.

My mom got the chicken breast and pasta for takeout. Chicken is dry, unseasoned and pasta is overcooked and bland, an Italian restaurant that doesn’t cook their Pasta al-dente ? Would not recommend.

Scarolies has been our family go-to spot for dinners, lunches and celebrations since I was a kid. Every meal was fun, delicious and our big group was always welcome with open arms. What is most notable is that this restaurant has stayed consistent over the years and that’s a rarity. The service and staff are exceptional. It rivals some of the really high-end fancy restaurants that sometimes forget how far their jovial and happy presence makes such a remarkable and memorable experience, beyond the food and environment. The restaurant itself is easily accessible too for parking. The venue is beautifully decorated but without feeling stuffy or unwelcoming. The portions have and continue to be very generous and the food I LOVE!!! This year I went to celebrate my 40th for lunch with the family crew and it was again another Fabulous experience I felt I ABSOLUTELY HAD to write a review! Our waiter was sensational as well and truly made my celebration feel festive!!!
